I was going to come home. Click on my tumblr bookmark. Then start typing away all the frustration and pure stupidity of this weekend’s tournament event. But the more I thought about it and talked about it verbally, the more I started to realize how stupid it would be of me to post a blog about what people are already going to talk about. Weather it be from personal experience, or from they have heard or seen online, my blog post was going to be no different. As me and Art (JaknDax) drove up to the beautiful city of Santa Monica (which is a lot cooler than the San Fernando Valley) I expressed my displeasure of the entire situation. Honestly it felt great because I knew what I was saying was from the heart and made a ton of sense (at least in my humble opinion) that a lot of people made a ton of poor decisions over the weekend.
So will you see that long list of things that went wrong at ReveLAtions 2012? Yeah, no doubt. But you will also see a lot of things that could have been done to actually strengthen our community. Not tonight, hopefully by the end of the week it will be done. Such a busy week ahead of me in my own personal career that ReveLAtions look like spilled milk in comparison.
